• Custom Apparel Printing: T-shirts, hoodies, polo shirts, sportswear, and other custom garment printing.
• Custom Mug Printing: Standard ceramic, travel mugs, magic mugs, beer mugs, and custom designs.
• Business Cards Printing: Professional business cards with various paper finishes and quantities.
• General Printing: Brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials.

3. User Responsibilities

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

• Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and complexity.
• Delays may occur due to client feedback cycles, content delays, or technical challenges.
• We will communicate any significant timeline changes promptly.

6.2 Delivery

• Digital services are delivered via secure download links, email, or client portals.
• Printing services are available for pickup at our H-13, Islamabad location or can be delivered within Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
• International shipping is available for select products with additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

• We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details.
• Client data is stored securely and used only for providing requested services.
• We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.
• Our team members sign confidentiality agreements for all projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Quality assurance is guaranteed for all printing services.
• Color variations may occur due to monitor differences and printing processes.
• Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of delivery.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• Client termination: Payment is required for work completed up to termination date.
• Our termination: We will complete any paid work and return client materials.
• Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

• We strive to resolve all disputes amicably through direct communication.
• If disputes cannot be resolved, they will be subject to Islamabad jurisdiction.
• Legal proceedings, if necessary, will be conducted in accordance with Pakistani law.
